In this video, you will see the product activating (foaming) when coming into contact with moss, black mold, and other undesirables growing on your roof.  This is oxygen activating and killing the moss and other undesirables.

Each time it rains, it will slowly and gently reactivate (killing the moss), resulting in a gradual rinse/wash of your roof over the next 3-6 months.

Cleaning commercial windows as well as high condominium windows using this system becomes very safe since we can safely work with our feet on the ground.  Our lightweight poles can safely reach up to 5-stories vertically and they do a great job because we know how to use them to effectively clean windows.

The added bonus is we can also safely wash vinyl siding up to 50 feet vertically with this system.  The soft brush doesn’t cause any damage to the siding because it gently washes and rinses as we clean.

If you live in Greater Vancouver area, you know how much it rains here and what a favorable environment we have for moss growth; especially on the north side of a roof!

We are always working on improving our removal process so as to do no harm to your roof.  In fact, having it removed properly can extend the life of your roof.

Depending on your location, your house may be a little more prone to moss growth, especially if you have trees nearby.  It’s best to not let it get too out of hand, so we recommend having your roof treated once a year to keep things under control.

In really extreme cases, we can also gently clean roofs as shown in the above video.  We can access most gentle pitched roofs.  We will not climb on steep pitch roofs.  We will utilize fall arrest harnesses and safety lines where necessary for our safety.
